Ron Howard, who has won two Oscars (A Beautiful Mind, Frost/Nixon), teamed up with two-time Oscar-nominated screenwriter Peter Morgan (Frost/Nixon, The Queen) for the epic action/drama film Rush, which brilliantly depicts the fierce rivalry between James Hunt and Niki Lauda.

In Rush, Chris Hemsworth (The Avengers) portrays the charismatic British racer James Hunt, while Daniel Brühl (Inglourious Basterds) plays the disciplined and perfectionist Austrian driver Niki Lauda. The film captures the intense competition on the Grand Prix race track and highlights the stark contrast between these two extraordinary characters.

Set during the glorious era of Formula 1 racing, Rush tells the thrilling true story of the greatest rivals the world has ever seen: the handsome British playboy Hunt and his disciplined, intelligent adversary Lauda.
